Act 20 + Reading System Assessment
$1,500
A full diagnostic of your PK–3 reading system. Maps every Act 20 requirement against current practice, examines how data is being discussed and how decisions are being made, and identifies the root cause of what isn't working. You leave with a clear picture of where the system stands and what to do first. All reading system work is grounded in the science of reading. The question is never whether structured literacy is the right approach — it is why it isn't working yet, and what your specific system needs to get there.
Implementation Engagement
$4,000–$6,000
Follows the assessment. Root cause in hand, Move Toward builds the response your system needs — by role, with 30–60–90 day indicators so the work holds after the engagement ends. Scope is determined by what the assessment found, not a predetermined program.
INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP SUPPORT
Ongoing coaching that connects reading data to what happens in classrooms. Builds teacher capacity and keeps the system moving after the engagement ends. Minimum 3 months.
Non-evaluative monthly support for teachers in their first three years. Structured around what the new teacher needs, not a checklist. Available per teacher or as a district contract.
BUILDING WORK
For instructional leaders who know something is in the way but can't name it. One day on site with structured observations, principal and teacher conversations followed by a written Gap Report within one week. A decision menu of specific moves by role: what you do, what the coach does, what the teacher does.
Conference keynotes, workshop facilitation, and staff PD sessions built around the Move Toward diagnostic framework. Topics include Act 20 compliance, reading system improvement, data-informed instruction, and instructional coaching.
